I am sensing a pattern. Everything was going along wonderfully until Monday of this week. I got home and the landscapers were here mowing, blowing and otherwise stirring up tons of pollen. I started sneezing, itching and had a runny nose. I followed my regimen, but did not get much relief. The next morning at work I was still pretty stuffed up. Despite going through my routine again, I just wasn't getting the necessary relief. I decided I would take an over-the-counter allergy relief medication. It took a little time, but I did start to feel better. I did not take the OTC medication again, continued with my regimen and have felt great every day since. Conclusion: It seems I am hit by symptoms after landerscapers have been at my house and I don't get relief at my office due to the poor circulation. However, I am suffering much less than I ever have since I started getting Fall seasonal allergies and I'm not backing down!
If your are following a regimen and get symptoms, don't worry about taking an over-the-counter medication to get through the attack. It's something we recommend. But, be sure to continue your routine and back off the OTC as soon as you can. If you haven't already, take a look at 6 steps we suggest you follow to get the allergy relief you need!
