What are seasonal allergies?
Seasonal allergies are a response to how the body's ​immune system reacts to substances like pollen from trees, grass, weeds, flowers and mold.  In defense, the body overreacts by releasing  ​histamine  which causes those irritating symptoms...sneezing, itchy, watery eyes and a stuffy and runny nose. These symptoms can affect your quality of life!
Why do I get seasonal allergies?
